This little travel
Spirit is a good one for emotional stability which can be things from panic attacks, stress, anxiety, sadness, depression. She is very peaceful when you’re with her. Her name is Addison and she is so soft spoken yet so polite and just considerate of everything we say or do. Addison was always very bright even from a young age. She was the valedictorian of her graduating classes. She had always dreamed of helping people but wasn’t sure how. When she went away to college she noticed a whole new world. She noticed a lot of instability in students, also many were depressed or he much anxiety that they were taking prescription to help. It was here Addison wanted to change the world by becoming a Psychiatrist. She not only succeeded in her degree but far surpassed many of her classmates. Right out of college she had many offers as she was one of the few who could help patients without prescription (even though the train of thought was Rx). She tells me getting to know all her
Patients on a very deep level and earning TRUST was key. She created plans and exercises just for that patient vs a universal approach. Addison was at the top of her career and really spreading her wings so had no time for relationships or even the thought of a family. Sadly it was also the time she was diagnosed with a rare cancer that was not treatable, she passed away at only 31.
