This lady here is that spirit to use when we all need a REAL and trustworthy person (hard to find these days). She loves to talk about life all the ups and downs involved. Her name
Is Diana and she is gun shy with telling me her age. Diana was one of those ladies who grew up in the perfect household. Her parents were very in love, her mother did not work and devoted much time to the children and husband, the children had all they needed and then some, the family often traveled. It truly was a great environment. Like EVERY person they can’t wait to be an adult and get out of the house. She was eager to become a surgeon, live in the mansion, marry Prince Charming, and have a happy ending like she was raised. Life did not turn out like this at ALL. When she was in school reality hit her the pressure to even get in med school. She absolutely hated studying and loved her social life. She lived her sorority and more so she was boy crazy. When her grades dropped she realized school was not her thing. She moved back home and really thought life was to just enjoy at her age. She wouldn’t get a job and spent all hours out every night. Her parents were fed up
With this by the time she was in her mid 20’s. She tells me they made her get a job .she got a job at the local restaurant where this started her downfall. She says many of the younger and older men would always want to take her out, she LOVED the attention. She won’t even go into how many men she slept with during this time because
It’s a “crazy number”. By doing so she set herself up for disaster. She tells me one man took advantage of her against her will. She ended up pregnant and did not tell her parents how. Disappointed but supportive they helped her raise the child. Part of her resented the child knowing how this happened. The child and secret were a huge weight on her chest. She developed several depression as she no longer wanted to live that “life” and now she was a single mother when she never planned it to happen that way. I feel Diana took her life but she won’t confirm it (embarrassed). She is one who definitely understands the life rollercoaster we are on.
