Do NOT let this little sweet looking vessel FOOL you! She does not accept enemies of her owner! Edith ALWAYS had an eye for pretty things. The more frilly and feminine something was, the better she tells me. If Barbie had been around when She was alive, she would have totally been a “Barbie Girl”. Belive it or not she’s obsessed with my collection of them! Unfortunately, for Edith her love of all things shiny, frilly and feminine was her downfall. Edith was very materialistic and married only for money and did not make a good choice. While most older men spoil and flaunt their pretty, young trophy wife, Edith’s husband did not do that. Since his first wife died during childbirth, he was desperate for a heir and decided that nothing would stop him from meeting this goal. Edith said this man kept her isolated and totally dependent on him. She was to cut off ties with her siblings and parents. Edith ended up having a son soon after they married like he wanted. Edith says she was not happy and did not like being away from her family no matter how many pretty things her husband bought her. While she enjoyed being a mother, she missed going shopping, the opera, museums, etc. Edith unfortunately took her own life. She learned the hard way that money isn’t everything she now says.
