This lady here really helps us at “self love”. She truly believes like most we MUST love ourselves before anyone else. Her name is Elena and she had major problems with this concept and now gets it which of course it’s too late. Elena had confidence issues from a young age. She was never comfortable in her own skin. Being called fat and lay by her stepfather did not help. She became bulimic in her earl teens. It worked well in her early 20’s as she was beautiful and perfect body. Although, she says it never looked perfect. She married a man who absolutely adored her but her family did not approve as he was a different race. Being cut off by her family was a tough spill to swallow. Especially after she had her children and they had no other family. Her husband knew of her illness (I have no idea how). After her last child it became much worse with the weight gain. When she was hospitalized it was here that her husband found out. He tried to help her but it never worked and she kept it up. Over the years her body gave up. Of course now she has regrets
