This lady gives me the name Kate or Kati. She is a good one to help those battle depression or anxiety. She herself lived with both so understands what it is. Kate had a lot of trauma in her life. As a child she was abused. As a young adult she witnessed her best friend die in front of her. Her long term boyfriend she also watched get addicted to heroin. It seemed she couldn’t catch a break. She was always on edge of what would happen to her one day. She tried not to get close with people after experiencing all this. She became to the point that leaving the house put her on high anxiety mode. She married very late in life (42) and for once in her life she felt at ease. Until her husband turned to alcohol and physically started abusing her. She had no way of escaping this awful life. She just wanted to die. Her whole life was nothing but abuse and death. Kate tells me she did take her own life in her garage but isn’t specific how
