This little vessel is all bisque so heavier. She is a little 2 year old who needs some TLC. She’s not aware she’s passed on so help would be nice. I get the name Mandi. Mandy seems to be a little behind for age. She comes from a mother who was drug addict. I see the grandmother try’s her best but she’s older and fragile. This little girl was often left to just sit in the room watching a tv. Sometimes she would be in her clothes if any for days. She didn’t have a ton of interaction so think that’s why the delay. I never hear her say mom or dad. She can say very basic words and she is eager to learn as I’ve helped her with some. It seems for her cause of death it was suffocation. She loves toys this little one.
