This is a spirit who will talk to you forever about things going on in your life and offer advice. She didn’t choose the best route so hopes to help someone else. Maria tells me all about how she worked in her parents tortilla shop in Arizona. Her parents immigrated from Mexico before she was born and wanted nothing more than for her to be the first in their family to go to college. Maria met many other children of Mexican immigrants growing up in her small Arizona town and unfortunately, not all of them were as hard working as hers. After her father died, her mother struggled to keep their shop open and to make extra money, Maria started running around with a gang (she calls them wanna bees)and selling drugs. She was good at it and it helped the restaurant survive which mother didn’t know right away. When her mother found out what she was doing, she tried to make her quit but like Marie says, once you are in a gang, its very hard to get out. They took her wanting to leave as an act of disloyalty and she was executed.
