This is a good spirit to ground our emotional health. Her name is Marla. Marla helps us with emotional health because she had a daughter who was schizophrenic so her life was a Constant roller coaster. She had to care for her even as an adult. Her husband was never much help as he remained in denial. Marla had to quit her career as she wanted to keep her daughter safe from causing harm to herself. Even though she didn’t fully understand her daughters disease she made sure to attend support groups with her, counseling, activities, she was HANDS on this lady. What I love is she doesn’t have one complaint to say about this challenging time. Marla didn’t have much time to socialize but when she did boy did she go overboard. She talks to me about getting so drunk that she would blackout. This only happened once a year though she says 😂. Marla has no memory or doesn’t want to tell me how she passed. She likes to keep her family close and safe.
