Often times with trigger spirits I discover them by accident. This is one of them. I realized she was a trigger spirit when she had been placed by 2 of my personals who were dormant. I ended up testing her out at an investigation where there was child spirit wouldn’t come forward until I brought her with. With trigger spirits I don’t get bios with them really (only a few who are my personals). There job here is to make dormant spirits come out vs helping us humans. I do know her name is Rachel and she seems to be a women in her early 40’s although she won’t confirm this. With a trigger spirit you will want to place them by your dormant spirits or bring them with to an investigation (whichever you do)
