Sachi never married and had children of her own. Not because of any fertility issues, but because her husband, the only man she ever loved, had testicular cancer as a young man and was consequently sterile. However, they both desperately wanted a family and decided to foster children in need of a safe and nurturing home. Sachi was something of a legend among her friends and family...it started out as a joke, but it seemed to be true. Anytime Sachi prayed for a friend or family member to achieve their goal of getting pregnant...it happened! Of course, at first everyone thought it was a coincidence....but after dozens of instances of a positive pregnancy test within weeks of Sachi saying her prayer, it seemed all too true. Sachi and her beloved husband died together in a terrible car accident on their way home from watching their last foster child graduate from high school. Sachi misses helping those she loves in reaching their goals of having a family.
