This lady here is a perfect spirit to diffuse situations really quickly. Her name is Rosa and she does not like a Confrontational person. Rosa dealt with a lot of this in her life. Her husband was was a very demanding man and she dealt with it because marriage is a commitment that you stay in especially when children are involved in. Rosa tells me she was a director of a company and it seemed everyday presented a new person and hostile situation. Over the years she learned how to get the situation under control with her reactions. Rosa eventually had to cut back on her high profile position as her husband fell ill and the children were acting out so she had to step in.
