Bisa needs to go to someone who loves children spirits. She is 2 years of age and scared and sad. She is not aware she’s gone. She was born to a mother who was a drug addict and left her in the alley. Luckily she was found alive and was able to be saved. She had many setbacks as the drugs did much damage. Bisa was sent to live in a foster home but the family was cruel and more important racist which did the agency did not know. This child suffered many beatings and other cruel things hence why she’s scared! I’ve heard cries and moans from her. She does like to talk when you make her feel safe. She still has mentality of a infant so doesn’t say a ton of words. Her cause of death I believe was from complications with her medical issues.
