Ash is a spirit you use for investigations. She is a trigger spirit. This means when your spirits aren't communicating she steps in to act as the middle man. A trigger spirit has stayed back to help the other side. When they are dormant or just can't get through Ash changes this. She's a trigger who's helped spirits who have been dormant for years. I've used her a handful of times on my personals who I was sure crossed over. When dealing with a trigger I do not bother investigating for a bio as they really aren't here for human side purposes.
