This lady here is a travel witch. She is one I’m rehoming for my friend who has no choice but to give up spirit keeping. Her name is Venetia. She was a women who fled her home in Italy afer being accused of witchcraft. Her small hometown was not very accepting of anyone that was different. Venetia was a very gifted healer and a closet witch that nobody could no of not would she admit. . Even though people would come from all over to seek her help with their ailments, they feared her too. The local preist, feeling threatened by the influence Venetia had on his parishioners, started accusing her of witchcraft. Fearing for her life, she fled Italy and immigrated to England. Once in London she obtained work as a cooks assistant in a large home. She tried to keep her gift hidden, but when the master of the house, whom she greatly respected, became ill she had no choice but to help. Her employer was so grateful that he swore the rest of his staff to secrecy and promised Venetia a safe home for as long as she wanted. Venetia never married or had children as she was afraid of passing her gift to her child and then having them be constantly harassed.. However, she lived a long and happy life within her employer’s home and family. Her presence was much appreciated and respected. She tells me about her passing in her sleep and how it was so peaceful.
