Billy is super enjoyable to have in the home. Not only is he your friend but he likes playing games. Billy is the master of moving things around to his liking. He also will enjoy changing the tv channel or music to what he considers good. My animals love this spirit. You will never get a negative vibe from him. Biily never has said his age but he is a tad immature so perhaps younger? Billy was a very one of a kind person. He enjoyed making his own style and setting what he thought would come the next big thing for fashion. He loved fashion and wanted to design clothes for celebrities. He had an obsession with reading all the gossip about celebrities and you will hear of his favorite often. Billy would get people gossiping and even laughing at him, but it didn't matter. He kept his head high and don't let anyone stop his dreams. This dreams though would never come true as he was at the wrong place, wrong time.
